Interested in enrolling?

Please complete the following form to do the initial registration for Little Cadets Preschool in the 2024-2025 school year.  This form will temporarily hold a spot for your child but the hold is not confirmed until the registration fee is received.  The registration fee can be paid in person at Mill Creek Elementary school, 4740 Iowa Street, Clayton during school hours 8:00-4:15 p.m.  in cash or check.  It can also be mailed to this address.  If you have any questions please contact Lisa Theissen at 317-539-9225.
